Antonio Sosa, 74, of Granby, Connecticut, tragically passed away on May 8, 2025, after a fatal car crash on the southbound Exit 40 off-ramp of Interstate 91 in Windsor Locks, CT.
Sosa’s vehicle left the road for unknown reasons and collided with a tree on the shoulder of the ramp. Emergency responders arrived at the scene but were unable to save Sosa, who was pronounced dead shortly before 11:45 a.m. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
Connecticut State Police continue to investigate the cause of the accident and are asking for any witnesses or those with dashcam footage to come forward.
On social media, many have shared their condolences for the family, with one friend noting, "Antonio was always so kind and caring. My heart goes out to his loved ones during this unimaginable time."
