Kristina Marie "Tina" Schroering, a beloved mother and community member, tragically passed away on May 7, 2025, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana, at the age of 38.
Tina was born on August 12, 1986, in Jasper, Indiana, to Edward Joseph and Sherry Gogel. She was a dedicated wife to Brad Schroering for ten years and a proud mother of three children—Grace, Kade, and Tayla. Her children were at the heart of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them. From family visits to the zoo to vacations at the beach, Tina’s life revolved around creating memories with her loved ones.
Tina was a devoted member of St. Isidore Parish, where she served as a Eucharistic minister and a teacher of the Liturgy of the Word. She was also actively involved in Bible study groups at both St. Isidore and Redemption Christian Church. Her faith, family, and sense of community were guiding forces in her life.
Tina’s passing has left a deep void in the hearts of her family and friends.
Her funeral service will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. C.D.T. at St. Peter Celestine Catholic Church in Celestine, Indiana, with burial to follow at Mary, Help of Christians Cemetery in Mariah Hill, Indiana.
Tina’s memory will live on through her three children, her family, and the many lives she touched with her kindness and faith.
