Alan Morrissette Remembered After Recent Passing Following Nearly A Month In The ICU As Family Fundraiser Supports Spouse
Alan Morrissette, 66, passed away a few weeks before Sunday, May 24, 2026, after a simple infection attached to a pacemaker and spread to heart valves.
Justin Adams shared that Alan spent nearly a month in the ICU while facing one serious medical problem after another.
Alan was the spouse of Justin’s mother for 23 years and served as the only dad figure Justin and a sibling truly considered their parent.
Justin organized a memorial fundraiser titled “Support for Mom After Dad’s Passing” to help cover living expenses after the family lost part of a fixed income.
As of the post, the fundraiser had raised $1,437 toward a $14K goal through 18 donations, with all proceeds set to go directly to Alan’s spouse.
