Alexis Marie Foust, of Crescent Springs, Kentucky, passed away on May 24, 2026, at age 22 after a life that began on October 9, 2003, in Edgewood, Kentucky.

Alexis leaves parents John Foust and Jennifer Foust, sister Lindsey Foust, grandparents Gale, Jeanne Heise, Lindsey and Rebecca Foust, Austin Foust, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Ronald B Jones Funeral Home oversees arrangements, and St. Joseph Catholic Church at 2470 Lorraine Ct, Crescent Springs, KY 41017, will host visitation on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 PM, and a celebration of life from 2:00 PM to 3:15 PM.
The family prefers gifts to the Foust Family Scholarship Fund in honor of Alexis.
