Devan Nolet, 30, Remembered After Friday Evening Route 32 Motorcycle Crash In Windham, Connecticut

Devan Nolet, a 30-year-old Mansfield resident, died after a Friday evening motorcycle crash on Route 32 in Windham, Connecticut, on May 15, 2026.

The crash happened around 5:50 p.m. near Apollo Pizza as Devan rode a Suzuki GSX-R750 southbound on Route 32.

Authorities reported that Pedro Johnson, 83, of North Windham, turned a Ford Explorer left across oncoming traffic toward a commercial driveway, and the vehicles collided.

Emergency responders from Troop K and Windham EMS went to the scene, and medical crews transported Devan to Windham Hospital, where Devan later died.

The Ford Explorer continued forward after the first collision and clipped the rear of a parked vehicle nearby, while officials reported no other serious harm.

Police continue to review the circumstances, and authorities have not announced charges as of the May 19, 2026 report.
