Florin Mîndruț Remembered With Love As Memorial Fund Supports Ioana Sasu, Mara, And Future Education Costs
Florin Mîndruț has passed away after a long private battle with cancer, according to a memorial fundraiser created on Sunday, May 10, 2026.
Nicoleta Roman organized the fundraiser on behalf of Ioana Sasu to honor Florin’s memory and help ease costs for the family.
The campaign had raised $4,482 toward a $15,000 goal through 19 donations as of Monday, May 11, 2026, at 00:54 UTC.
Florin’s loved ones described Florin as a loving spouse, devoted parent to Mara, cherished son, sibling, uncle, and dear friend who shared kindness, warmth, dignity, courage, and a smile with others.
The fundraiser notes that Mara will start college this fall, and community help will assist with future education needs.
