John “Landon” Freeman passed away on April 7, 2026, at the age of 34, leaving the Wilkesboro, North Carolina community in deep sorrow.
Born on June 14, 1991, Freeman lived a life surrounded by close family ties and meaningful relationships that shaped a lasting legacy.
Family members confirmed the passing and invited friends and loved ones to share memories and messages of comfort during this difficult time.
Freeman was preceded in passing by grandparents Laura Ann Freeman, John Max Freeman, Alma Call Speaks, and Alfred Landon Speaks.
Freeman is survived by parents John Mark and Debra Lynn Speaks Freeman, sibling Marinda “Sissy” Freeman of Union Grove, along with extended family including an aunt, uncle, and cousins.
