Kali Rayvonne Jones, a cherished member of both the Ketchikan and Hydaburg communities, tragically passed away on Sunday, March 22nd. Kali was known for their warmth, kindness, and the deep connection they had with family and friends.

Kali’s mother’s roots are in Hydaburg, Alaska, and their father’s family hails from Skidigate, Haida Gwaii. Kali had made Ketchikan their home for the past ten years, where they became an integral part of the community, touching the lives of many through their generous spirit.
Friends and family are rallying to honor Kali’s memory, and a memorial service will be held in Ketchikan before bringing Kali to their final resting place in Hydaburg. The outpouring of love and support has been a comforting reminder of how deeply Kali was loved.
