Landon Faulkner, a 24-year-old Hamilton County deputy, passed away after a patrol vehicle collided with a stalled car in a travel lane on Highway 111.
Emergency crews took Landon Faulkner to a nearby hospital, where efforts to save the deputy were unsuccessful.
Landon Faulkner began public service in 2017 through the Knoxville Police Department cadet program, later served in Grundy County, and joined the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office in 2022.
