Maryann Parrish, 47, of Santa Rosa, California, died on Wednesday morning, June 3, 2026, after a multi-vehicle collision on northbound Highway 101 near Highway 12.
The California Highway Patrol said the incident happened at about 7:55 a.m. during heavy morning traffic.
Authorities reported that Maryann drove a Hyundai Sonata in the middle lane when slowing traffic led to contact with a Ford Escape, followed moments later by impact from a Chevrolet utility truck.
Emergency personnel responded quickly, secured the area, and assisted those involved, but Maryann passed away at the scene.
