Rose Michelle "Rosa" Howard, Beloved Minneapolis Community Member, Passes Away at 35, Leaving Family and Friends in Mourning
Rose Michelle "Rosa" Howard of Minneapolis, Minnesota, peacefully passed away on April 28, 2026, at the age of 35, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew them.
A cherished member of the community, Rose is remembered for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering support for family and friends. Social media tributes reflected deep sorrow, with many expressing heartfelt condolences and memories of shared moments.
Rose was predeceased by her mother Tammy Goggleye and grandparents Doris Mae Howard, Ernest Howard Jr., Maggie Goggleye, and George Goggleye. They are survived by grandparents Linda and Russell Goggleye, sisters Danielle Howard and Kathleen Goggleye, and an extended network of aunts, uncles, cousins, and great-grandparents who treasured Rose's presence.
Funeral arrangements are under the care of Carroll Funeral Home Inc. A wake will be held on Friday, May 1st, 2026, at 4:00 PM, followed by a funeral service on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026, at 9:00 AM, both at the Inger Community Center in Deer River, MN.
