Victoria Romero Remembered After Welfare Check Leads To Tragic Discovery At Santa Fe Family Home On Chalan Road
Victoria Romero, 28, died Thursday evening in Santa Fe, New Mexico, after officers responded to a welfare check at a family home on Chalan Road.
Authorities also found 31-year-old Xavier Romero deceased inside the residence, and both were pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the welfare check followed concerns from a caller who had spoken with Victoria earlier that day and could not reach Victoria again after the call ended.
