Alexander “Sasha” Kaklyugin, a 22-year-old U.S. Marine and passionate motorcycle enthusiast, tragically passed away Wednesday morning in a crash on Route 69 near Talmadge Hill Road in Prospect, Connecticut.
He was pronounced dead at the scene after his Yamaha motorcycle collided with a Nissan Rogue shortly before 10:30 a.m., ending a life marked by service, kindness, and quiet strength.
Sasha was on his way to work at MSport MotorWerx when the accident occurred. Colleagues remember him as steady, unassuming, and always ready to lend a hand, bringing a calming presence and genuine warmth to every interaction.
