Angel Jimenez passed away unexpectedly, according to a memorial fundraiser created on May 26, 2026, by Omar Ruiz of West Falls Church, Virginia.
The family shared deep grief as they work to honor Angel’s final wish to rest in El Salvador, near homeland, community, and loved ones who came before.
The fundraiser, titled Support For Angel Jimenez, has raised $940 toward a $20,000 goal through 15 donations.
Family members said support will help cover funeral expenses and transportation to El Salvador during this difficult time.
They also thanked everyone who has offered messages, calls, prayers, donations, and kindness as they move through this painful loss.
