Gloria Elikana Remembered After Train Incident In Springfield, Massachusetts, As Family Seeks Support For Funeral Costs
Gloria Elikana, a toddler born on September 16, 2024, lost their life after being struck by a train in Springfield, MA.
Gloria was the beloved child of Elikana Jackson and Happiness Raphael, immigrants from Tanzania with roots in Burundi and Rwanda who began a new life in the United States in 2016.
Gloria leaves behind siblings Grace, 13, Jackson, 10, Beatrice, 8, Brighton, 5, and Justin, 3.
A fundraiser organized by Uwizeyimana Angelique has raised $1,345 of an $18,000 goal through 22 donations as of June 13, 2026.
The family said the fund will help with funeral costs and stability during this painful time.
