Jen Sharp was reported among 12 people who died after a PAC750 skydiving aircraft went down near Butler Memorial Airport in Butler, Missouri, on Sunday, June 14, 2026.

Authorities said the aircraft carried 11 jumpers and one pilot when it departed shortly before 11 a.m. and later went down in a field near Business 49 Highway in Bates County.

Bates County Emergency Management said preliminary information indicates the pilot turned the aircraft around shortly after takeoff for reasons that remain unknown.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed that all 12 occupants were accounted for after emergency crews searched the area.

Officials have not released a complete confirmed list of victims, and they said passenger information remains preliminary while family notifications continue.

Federal investigators from the NTSB and FAA are expected to review the aircraft, flight path, weather conditions, records, and other factors.

Memorial service details and funeral arrangements will be announced later by family members.
