Authorities said Matthew’s motorcycle struck a vehicle as a 66-year-old driver turned into a driveway along Fisk Road.
Investigators said the motorcycle likely traveled at roughly twice the posted speed limit, while glare from the setting sun may have reduced visibility at a key moment.
The driver did not see the motorcycle before the turn and later received treatment for minor injuries.
