The Canfield community is heartbroken over the loss of Natalie Elizabeth Lee, a 17-year-old student from Canfield, Ohio. Natalie tragically passed away on March 23, 2026, at her home in Cornersburg, Ohio, leaving her family, friends, and classmates in deep sorrow.
Born on December 21, 2008, in Youngstown, Ohio, Natalie was the cherished daughter of John and Donna Lee. She is survived by her three brothers—John, Nathan (Mara), and Riley—along with a wide network of family and friends who will remember her for her kindness and vibrant spirit.
Natalie was a junior at Canfield High School, where she was pursuing her passion for culinary arts through the Mahoning County Career & Technical Center. She demonstrated a strong work ethic, balancing her studies with a part-time job at a local restaurant.
Described as "fearless" by those who knew her, Natalie embraced life with curiosity and authenticity. She was particularly close to her young niece, Brooklyn, and often spent hours on FaceTime with her, sharing laughter and creating lasting memories.
